We lived at the pinnacle for two years. It is slightly pricy compared to other rent properties in the area, but was worth the expense to me. It was safe and family friendly. It was clean, new/updated and spacious. The maintenance and jumper reality staff was trustworthy, timely, and professional. I loved my experience here and would recommend to anyone. Perfect location to be 5 minutes from Kroger, the hospital, or anywhere in town that you would need! The only minor issue was we could hear the cars and big trucks on the highway behind us at night considering the specific location of our unit but not all of them had this problem. We also did not realize it did not have a microwave until we moved in, but all other kitchen appliances and washer and dryer were there and ready to go! Stained concrete is cold and can become discolored but easy to clean and a few rugs make an easy fix. The walk in tile shower was amazing! All in all, I would make the decision to live there again in a heartbeat!
